There is no contact form on this page. A form needs somewhere to submit to — a backend or somebody else's endpoint — and this site has neither. Mail goes from your mail client to the company's mailbox. Privacy is something we are transparent about.

What you send is treated as confidential. Nielsen Digital does not share the contents of your message outside the company, does not add you to a mailing list, and does not sell or rent anything you write. Mail reaching this address is encrypted in transit, and encrypted again once it arrives with a key only Nielsen Digital holds — not even our email provider can read it. However, email should generally not be regarded as a sufficiently secure channel, so please omit passwords and payment details.
